If you are a representative acting on behalf of a person under care, you confirm you are authorized to act and provide necessary consents. CareNowSenior does not enroll individuals where local laws require additional authorization without verification.
You must use the services lawfully and not for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Prohibited uses include impersonation, fraudulent activity, or misuse of third-party data.
CareNowSenior operates from Malaysia and provides services within applicable territorial limits. Some features may not be available in all locations; availability is subject to local regulations and third-party provider agreements.
02Accounts and registration
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it to maintain accuracy. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable.

03Service description
CareNowSenior coordinates information and access to senior sanatorium services, provides care planning resources, and facilitates bookings with third-party providers. CareNowSenior itself does not provide clinical treatment but supports administrative and logistical aspects of care.
We may modify or discontinue features or services at any time. Users will be notified of material changes where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service availability depends on third-party provider schedules, local regulations, and operational factors. CareNowSenior strives to provide accurate availability information but does not control third-party capacity and scheduling.
